Ethical Sponsorship

 

There are many ways you can help the natural mind project, from volunteering your time to a project you are interested in, to buying a copy of the book, partnering with us, or sponsoring the project.

As you may or may not know, the project  was started by alan macmillan orr, after finishing "the natural mind - waking up."  It is not and never will be a charity although all of its work could be deemed to have a charitable interest. But this is first and foremost a collaborative project - many to many, not one to many (which a charity is). This is about empowering people to help them understand themselves, to free people from the chains of conditioning. As when humans see what a truly magnificent species we are underneath the anger, the hatred, the violence (internal & external), the greed, the jealousy, the world will indeed be a better place for all.

One of the major aims is to reduce the power of money on (a) our basic needs, and help reduce the availability of money to those who seek to dominate, control, and murder. As I believe that when our basic needs are taken care of (by helping each other) the desire to accumulate money decreases as does the violence that goes along with the desire to accumulate more and more money.

I am realistic that we live in a world dominated by money, and we have to start from where we are. So if you would like to undertake some financial sponsorship of the natural mind project either on a monthly, yearly basis I would like to hear from you.

At present the running costs of the natural mind project are broken down as follows.

• Rent /Bills £650 per month
• Communications/ Internet £70 per month
• Transport / Travel £300
• General Expenses £ 800
• TOTAL: £1750 PER MONTH

In return for your sponsorship we will be happy to use your logo in any of our brandings, and will support your  I must stress that we will not accept money from the following types of organisations:

• Political / Lobby groups
• Defence / weapons firms
• Agricultural firms
• Alcohol /Cigarette firms
• Banking / Financial firms
• Religious groups
• Non fair trade textiles / coffee / tea firms.
• Money from any company with interests in china, burma, zimbabwe and others involved in human exploitation, and other human rights abuses including slave labour, and forced labour camps.
• Money from firms exploiting natural resources in critical zones around the world.

1. Sponsor the project @ £100 per year for your logo on the front page of the website
2. Sponsor the project @ £500 per year for your logo on the front page of the website and on the front of any t-shirts, and promotional clothing.
3. Sponsor the project @ £ 1000 per year for your logo on the front cover of the new book by alan macmillan orr "beyond the natural mind" and on any other books or videos.
4. Exclusive sponsorship deal £10,000+ (If you wish to have exclusive sponsorship of the natural mind project please call alan to discuss)
